We are a family-run winery in the Kamptal region, working organically and biodynamically. We are currently looking for motivated individuals with experience in viticulture who enjoy hands-on work and have a strong attention to detail. If you love wine and would like to become a long-term part of a small, dedicated team, you’ve come to the right place.

Who we are looking for:
* You already have practical experience in viticulture or have worked at a winery.
* You have a passion for wine, nature, and craftsmanship.
* You are open-minded, reliable, and enjoy working as part of a team.
* You are comfortable with physical work and flexible when longer hours are required.
* You speak German or have a very good command of English.

What we offer:
* A diverse range of tasks in the vineyard and the cellar – from pruning to bottling. You will have the opportunity to deepen your knowledge in all areas of viticulture, and we are also happy to learn from you.
* A small, international team with a shared passion for wine, working together towards a common goal.
* Accommodation nearby and compensation based on experience, above the collective agreement, including 13th and 14th salary.
* A family-like atmosphere where you can grow, learn, and actively contribute.
